I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Texoma area and have been a licensed real estate professional since October 2016.
Born in Sherman and raised in Tom Bean, I left for college but was drawn back to Texoma for everything this incredible community has to offer.
As our area continues to grow, I love helping lifelong residents find homes that fit their evolving needs and welcoming newcomers to the region. To highlight what makes Texoma special, I host the Texoma Experts Podcast, where I showcase some of the amazing local businesses that make our community thrive.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about traveling, supporting my kids at their sporting events, and serving as the family chef. Cooking is my love language, and I enjoy bringing everyone together around the table whenever I can.

Erica Drieselman is a wife, mom, proud “Sunny” to her grandbaby, and business owner with a deep passion for real estate and helping others create spaces they truly love. Her journey into real estate began at 22 years old while searching for a home for her young family. As a new teacher and mom, she quickly learned the value of making smart, tangible investments—an early home purchase that became one of the best financial decisions of her life.
What started as a practical need soon grew into a lifelong passion for creating homes that reflect the personalities, lifestyles, and dreams of the people who live in them. As her family grew, so did her appreciation for thoughtful design, strategic buying, and the hidden potential within every property.
In 2014, with faith and a prayer, Erica and her husband moved their family from the DFW Metroplex to Texoma and purchased a home built by her grandparents. That move deepened her connection to the area and ignited her journey into real estate investment, laying the foundation for a successful short-term rental business built on identifying the right properties in the right locations.
Today, Erica doesn’t view real estate as just a career—it’s a calling. She has the privilege of walking alongside buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Texoma as well as counties across North Texas as they make some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. With a blend of heart, market expertise, and integrity, Erica is passionate about helping her clients turn dreams of homeownership and property investment into reality.
